The site comprises three basement floors with underground parking lots, warehouse and technical premises; three-floor podium part with pedestrian area, stores, fast food catering restaurants, fitness halls, movie theatres, bowling etc. As well as two high buildings, 29-floor office building and 32-floor building with hotel rooms and residential real estates (apartments). Apartments and hotel rooms are with suspended ceilings, and offices are with raised floor in addition to this.
